The Brief
Positioned at the heart of the £2bn Wembley Park regeneration area, next to world-famous Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena, London Designer Outlet (LDO) opened at the end of October 2013 as London’s only fashion and lifestyle outlet center.
LDO wanted a Christmas decorations scheme and a permanent lighting installation that was innovative and modern yet traditional, welcoming and warm yet attainably aspirational.
We delivered on this brief with a truly beautiful and breath-taking installation of over 600 Edison Bulbs that is exceptionally warm and inviting all year round.
To link this permanent lighting installation and bring the traditional element of the brief to life during the Christmas season, we added 22 x giant 2D Edison bulbs with reindeer, holly, star and Christmas tree shaped filaments suspended throughout the center.
